A Professor of zoology from Swaziland with interests in ecology, vertebrate field biology, biodiversity surveys, bat systematics, conservation and education.

Bob Motsa

Lead Guide for Tours and Expeditions

Bob (Bongani) is a tour leader and organiser with a certificate in wildlife management and guiding. He comes from a rural background, has worked at Sondzela backpacker lodge and has a passion for people and wildlife. He is currently responsible for leading tours and expeditions for ALL OUT and assisting with general tour operations management.

Mduduzi Ngwenya

Volunteer co-ordinator for Kruger to Swazi Co

Mduduzi is a conservation project and volunteer organizer and guide with a background in gardening and conservation field work. He has a passion for people and wildlife and is currently responsible for leading volunteers in the field on a number of conservation projects and assisting with general volunteer operations for ALL OUT.

Simon Pierce

Associate Marine Researcher

Dr Simon Pierce is a marine biologist working in Mozambique since 2005 whose professisonal interests revolve around the population ecology and conservation biology of sharks and rays. He is also lead whale shark scientist for the Foundation For the Protection of Marine Megafauna and is Executive Director of Eyes on the Horizon.

Andrea Marshall

Associate Marine Researcher

Dr Andrea Marshall is a marine biologist working in Mozambique since 2003 whose scientific interests are in the conservation and application of non-intrusive methodology to study threatened species of marine megafauna with a particular interest in manta rays. She is founder and director of the Foundation For the Protection of Marine Megafauna.

Michael Mkhonta

Assistant Social Projects coordinator/builder

 Michael Mkhonta is originally from Swaziland. He has recently joined ALL OUT Africa as a builder with 15 years experience in the private sector.  Michael also enjoys teaching Siswati in the afternoons to interested volunteers and backpackers.
